Housing types will cater for all budgets and lifestyle preferences, from apartments and townhouses to luxury duplexes and detached executive homes. Almost 25% of the dwellings created will be affordable homes of the residential mix.

But Waverley isn’t just another housing development - it’s a vision for a complete integrated community. To achieve this vision, a host of leisure and community facilities will be created on site. Two new primary schools will be built, as well as health and community centres, play areas, sports pitches, footpaths and nature trails.
